Cohort Goes Techno this Thursday
Greetings all,
Our next Cohort gathering is this Thursday, September 3 from 11:30-1:00pm at the Flying Saucer in the Pool Room:
11 10th Ave. South
(Located Behind Union Station)
Nashville, TN 37203
Topic: Technology, Worship and the mission of God. Does our technology help or hinder worship. Is texting the pastor during a sermon a wonderful contextualization of the gospel, or something that makes us a worse kind of people? Taylor Burton Edwards (director of worship resources for the the UMC General Board of Discipleship) leads the conversation this week.
Call in your lunch orders by 10:30am to ((615) 259-3039) if you can. The menu can be found here under the "Food" tab (http://www.beerknurd.com/stores/nashville)
Peace,
Dixon

When it comes to love, anything that can be use to communicate and show how you love someone can be taken. Just like becoming techi. It's one way using their initiative.
